 Rats
are the most wide spread animal
on earth, depends on man for
food and shelter. They cause
epidemics, disease and social
embarrassment. All though our
experience has shown that
trapping has not been to much
use in rodent control, a few
sticking pads will be placed in
certain location showing heavy
intensity which has proved to be
very effective.
Types of rats:
Field Rats: Field rats
stay in burrows of the field and
they cannot climb with the help
of pipes or anything else to the
floor. They are controlled by
fumigating their burrows with
phosphate gas tablet.
 House
Rats & Mice: Rats are
suspicious, they cannot be
easily controlled by any poison
as some rats eat poison and die,
but later on the remaining rats
learn quickly to stay away from
the poison. This nature of rats
are called 'bait-Shyness'..
Two types of poisons are
there:
1) Slow Poison
We shall be using "Rodowill"
slow killing anti-coagulate
baits which have a slow killing
effective on the system of rats.
They are said to have
suffocating effect on the system
on account of which they run
away from the premises into the
open air and die of suffocation
and internal hemorrhage.
2) Fast Poison
We shall be also using "Rodofan"
fast killing baits so as to
minimize the rat population
within the premises. |
